Life’s too short to exist in survival mode

Feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again - with gentle, evidence-based tools that work.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You’re juggling everything and still feel like you’re dropping the ball.

You’re overthinking and over-analysing the smallest details.

You can’t switch off, even when you’re exhausted.

You snap at your loved ones, then feel guilty.

You keep thinking: “I should be able to handle this.”

You tell yourself “Others have it worse, what do I have to complain about?”

You hold everything together for everyone else… but inside, you’re falling apart.

You are not imagining it.

You are not alone.

You don’t have to feel this way.

How I can help

About Me

How can EFT help?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a stress reduction tool that works with your body — not just your mind.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. My approach is down-to-earth, evidence-based and tailored to what you need.

I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as ‘tapping’— a stress reduction tool that helps calm your nervous system and reduce emotional stress.

EFT combines elements of traditional talk therapy whilst tapping on Chinese acupuncture points on your hands, face and upper body with your fingertips.

EFT is fast, gentle and evidence-based. Best of all, you can take it with you and use whenever you need it.

Many of my clients feel some form of relief the first time they try it.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

My mission is to help others discover the healing power of Emotional Freedom Techniques (‘EFT’). I’m passionate about sharing how EFT can support emotional, physical and mental well-being.

Through my work with individuals and groups, I aim to empower people to use these techniques for stress reduction, personal growth and healing.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, emotional struggles, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you.

Mother of two, wife, business owner and active community volunteer.

In my free time, you’ll find me outdoors exploring walking trails and enjoying a cup of tea on a rock with friends. When I’m not in nature, I’m often tucked away in a quiet spot, lost in a good book.

I combine traditional counselling techniques with evidence-based mind-body tools to ensure our work together is both impactful and effective.
